4 Sunburn Mistakes
It is not recommended to wipe the burning area with alcohol-containing liquids. Alcohol dries the skin and after a short-term relief it will become even worse.
The same applies to rubbing the burnt area with ice. The relief is short-lived, but the consequences are sad, including cosmetic defects of the skin.
After sunburn, the body needs fluid, but alcohol, coffee and tea are contraindicated, since they actually increase dehydration.
Even in the healing stage, you should be patient with the condition of the skin. Do not puncture the swelling blisters under any circumstances, as this threatens to infect the healing wounds on the skin.
