Acne is a small redness on the skin.
They most often appear in the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) and are unpleasant to encounter.
No matter how hard you try to get rid of them, unwanted pinpoints remain on the skin.
Eels also have other names:
• acne;
• acne.
How to get rid of acne
Acne appears as small blackheads on the nose, forehead, and other areas of the face. Open comedones, or blackheads, are small follicles with enlarged pores in the skin. The black color is the result of oxidation of residues inside the follicle.
Should you squeeze pimples?
Of course, every person who has ever encountered acne has the desire to squeeze the pimple. It seems that this will release the dirt inside the pimple and the skin will become cleaner, but this is not true. Squeezing a pimple can deepen the inflammation, and this can lead to the formation of scars on the skin, which will accompany you for the rest of your life.
There are procedures that can remove pus from acne, but they must be done with special instruments.
An instrument called an extractor can be used for this purpose, but care must be taken otherwise it may cause the inflammation to penetrate deeper into the skin or even cause scarring.
Enlarged Pores: Causes, Treatment and Prevention
Acne is usually difficult to get rid of completely, but there are some treatments that can help "keep it at bay." These include:
• regular facial treatments with steam extraction;
• light peelings;
• use of cleansing strips;
• use of facial cleansers containing salicylic acid.
Skin care routine to prevent acne
Skin care is carried out in several stages:
• You should start each day by cleaning your face with antibacterial soap, facial foam, and cleansers. Make sure that the products do not contain alcohol, which is harmful to the skin. It is better to forget about using bar soap.
• If you have oily skin, it is highly recommended to use various tonics. They help reduce sebum production. Cosmetic strips can also be used for this purpose, which are attached to the T-zone. If the skin is sensitive and has redness, then you should give preference to a product that does not contain alcohol.
• After the cleansing stage, comedones and pustules should be removed. This should be done very carefully, without pressing or damaging the skin of the face.
• Next comes the exfoliation stage, which evens out the skin tone.
Involves the use of scrubs, creams and masks. This procedure should be carried out no more than twice a week.
• The final stage is moisturizing. Moisturizing creams and milk are used for this stage. Please note that oily skin also needs moisturizing.
