Milk is a healthy and self-sufficient product.

What foods are not compatible with milk
There is a list of foods that definitely should not be mixed with milk.
For example, tea with milk is considered an extremely bad combination. Drinking these drinks together leads to stomach pain and flatulence.
Milk and vegetables are also incompatible. Such a combination has a negative effect on digestion and leads to diarrhea.
Milk should never be used with seafood. The thing is that the drink and seafood contain different types of protein, which creates an additional burden on the gastrointestinal tract.
And if in one case the consumption of such products together may be okay, then in another it is fraught with poisoning up to and including hospitalization.
