Potassium is found in baked potatoes. It is better to eat them with the skin. Also, do not forget that to get rid of this type of headache, it is enough to simply restore the water balance in the body. Drink clean water, natural juices or green tea. This will help.

Sweet leaf tea

We are talking about black tea - an amazing drink, the useful properties of which can be listed for a very long time. Surprisingly, tea copes well with headaches.

You need to drink sweet tea. When you add sugar to black brewed tea, kehatins are released in the drink - substances that can reduce any pain.

Also, don't forget about the previous point - if you have a headache and feel very thirsty, warm black tea with sugar will help you cope with the ailment.

Calcium is also on the list.

Few people know, but very often headaches have their epicenter not in the brain or blood vessels, but in the muscles that surround the skull. Overexertion pain.

Common spasms that are not life-threatening, but cause significant discomfort. With such pain, you don’t even want to move, because every movement of the head and neck increases the pain effect. Such spasms help remove calcium.

You will find the most calcium in cottage cheese and milk. Yogurt and fermented baked milk are good for relieving pain.

However, unlike the previous types of headaches, with muscle fatigue it is best to take medicine - regular calcium tablets. It will quickly soothe the pain and relieve you of the discomfort associated with it.
