It may seem incredible, but the air temperature in the room can have a significant impact on a person's sleep.
In particular, the right temperature creates sound and quality sleep.
The Western publication Express, citing sleep experts, reported what temperature regime should be maintained in the bedroom.
As the researchers indicated, for most adults the readings should be between 15 and 19 degrees Celsius.
It is important to remember this.
Scientists noted: “Too high temperatures make a person feel mentally and physically tired.”
Accordingly, it is necessary to try to keep the bedroom in moderately cool conditions.
Somnologists also indicated that, on the contrary, a slightly warmer room would be beneficial for infants to sleep well.
The same applies to older people, whose bodies, with age, lose the ability to thermoregulate and produce melatonin in sufficient concentrations.
