American scientists have determined the time when the human body is most vulnerable and when its mood deteriorates.
The researchers were able to determine not only the worst time of day, but also the best time of day.
According to the PLOS Digital Health Journal , the results of the study showed that sleep from five to six in the morning is of the lowest quality. And all because it is during this period that a person's mood drops the most.
This fact was established during experiments in which volunteers took part.
In contrast, the positive pole of mood was observed around 17:00.
Scientists believe this may be related to circadian rhythms, which operate regardless of whether a person is asleep or awake.
It is also noteworthy that the quality and quantity of sleep influence a person’s condition and mood.
Therefore, excess activity and staying awake for too long contribute to a worsening of mood, the scientists noted.
Earlier it became known how a person can help himself if he has a headache after sleeping.
