Based on the results of the study, scientists compiled a list of vegetables that lower blood pressure:
- cabbage (white cabbage, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, broccoli);
- turnip;
- arugula;
- spinach;
- radish;
- radish;
- watercress.
Another group of volunteers took part in the experiment. Their diet included zucchini, tomatoes, potatoes and other vegetables.
But in this case there was no significant effect on pressure.
