As a rule, they remain in large numbers the day after the holiday.

However, you shouldn’t eat such dishes for breakfast, and RIA Novosti learned this from the experts it interviewed.

Experts have warned about the dangers of New Year's salads, which should not be eaten at the beginning of the day. They are difficult to digest dishes, so the body must fully wake up before eating such food.

In addition, you probably ate heavy food half the night, so the liver and gallbladder should be given a rest. It is better to start the day with a light omelet, porridge, vegetable salad, cottage cheese or fruit.

The doctor also warned about the dangers of drinking alcohol with salty and fatty foods.

It is correct to consume not just salted, but fermented products, emphasized Andrey Tyazhelnikov, a freelance specialist in primary health care at the Moscow Department of Health.

The doctor noted that among such products, the best are sauerkraut, pickles, and fermented milk products.
