A gastroenterologist shared with Russians the changes she noticed in herself after excluding certain foods from her diet.
The doctor is confident that giving them up had a positive effect on her appearance and well-being.
Gastroenterologist and endocrinologist Dilyara Lebedeva wrote about this on her Telegram channel.
The first two products discussed in the publication are white bread and pasta made from white flour. After the expert gave it up, she noticed an improvement in her health.
The third product is sugar, instead of which the doctor uses fruits and berries.
“My skin started to glow,” Lebedeva shared the effect.
Then the doctor gave up fast food and processed foods, which provide short-term pleasure coupled with long-term harm to the body.
And along with giving up processed dairy products, Lebedeva noted that she forgot about bloating and heaviness in the stomach.
