Of course, like all vegetables, it has certain benefits and contains vitamins. Pumpkin contains vitamins A, C and group B, which does not accumulate in the body and is necessary for maintaining a healthy diet.

Certified nutritionist and health coach Maya Zhuravleva told us about the health benefits of pumpkin.

In addition, pumpkin contains a rare vitamin K, which is responsible for blood clotting - this is probably one of its main features.

Pumpkin, like other starchy vegetables, becomes a rich source of fast carbohydrates after cooking due to its high sugar content.

If you do decide to include pumpkin in your diet, it is recommended to eat it as a dessert in small quantities, perhaps as a snack. However, you should take into account the high calorie content and density of this product.

Therefore, when losing weight, I limit its use in my clients. It is important to understand that pumpkin, despite its usefulness, should be consumed in moderation, especially in the evening and on a regular basis.
