Dark chocolate is a delicacy that brings pleasure to many people.
Despite its pleasant taste, it is still not recommended for some people.
According to Sputnik radio, nutritionist, gastroenterologist, and therapist Natalia Sycheva reported on cases in which it is worth limiting the consumption of dark chocolate.
It is noted that in case of certain diseases this delicacy can harm a person.
According to Sycheva, dark chocolate is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, headaches, diabetes, or excess weight.
It is also known that such sweetness can lead to vascular spasm.
In addition, it can cause increased bile flow. Given this, people with gallbladder disease should be especially careful when consuming this product.
The nutritionist noted that dark chocolate should not be eaten if you have an intolerance or allergy. It should also not be given to children under 3 years old.
In the absence of contraindications, such a delicacy will benefit the body.
The nutritionist emphasized that it is better to eat no more than 30 grams of chocolate per day.
