Parsley was first on the list of the most useful. For example, it contains more vitamin C than lemon.
Not far behind parsley is its twin sister, cilantro. It is noted that this greenery contains not only vitamins and oxidants, but also essential oils, thanks to which its taste is unlike any other.
The list also includes spinach, which is nutritious and low in calories. Moreover, it is equally useful both in its pure form and with minimal heat treatment.
The doctor also recommended eating basil, which is a natural antibiotic, and dill, which helps reduce the concentration of bad cholesterol in the blood.
