Each blood type has its own set of red blood cell molecules, is determined at birth and has its own unique character.
Blood group 3 belongs to the omnivorous group, that is, they can eat a wide variety of foods, mixing them together and creating new and unique dishes in terms of health benefits.
People with blood group 3 have stable nerves, strong immunity and quick adaptation to changes in both life and food. However, it is better to stick to a healthy diet and understand the existing restrictions in order to avoid chronic diseases.
A person with blood group 3 may develop chronic fatigue, diabetes and autoimmune diseases.
For convenience, all products are divided into groups:
1) useful;
2) neutral;
3) harmful.
The diet of a person with blood group 3 should contain as many healthy foods as possible, rather than foods from the other two groups.
Dishes prepared from lamb, rabbit and venison will bring great benefits to the body. These types of meat are irreplaceable sources of protein, iron and vitamin B12. Such types of fish as cod, haddock, pike, herring, pike perch and perch are rich in fatty acids.

The harmful list of meats includes pork, chicken, goose, and shrimp. Among seafood, lobster, crayfish, and eel are prohibited. Sandwiches with processed cheese are strictly prohibited. It is better not to eat pomegranate, persimmon, coconut, tomatoes, olives, and avocado. Lentils, buckwheat, corn, and chickpeas will not be of any use.
