Turn Avocado Into Moisturizer

The healthy fats in avocados are great for moisturizing your skin.

Avocado oils are similar to the natural oils your skin produces, and avocados also nourish and help protect your skin from the stresses of the day.

Avocado oils are able to penetrate deep into the skin, thanks to which you will finally get rid of peeling skin. Just mash a ripe avocado, and then apply it to dry skin. Leave for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and wipe dry.

If you have very dry skin, you can try a super nourishing hydrating face mask that will bring back your youthful glow.

Mix avocado with honey and a tablespoon of white yogurt. Leave for ten minutes, then rinse to remove dead skin cells and reveal smoother, firmer skin.

Tame unruly hair

Fatty acids and other nutrients, especially vitamin E, along with the natural oils in avocado make it a great remedy for taming damaged, unruly hair that is often the result of heat and humidity.

Another reason could be heat treatment of hair.

The best way to help such hair is with an avocado hair mask. Mash one ripe avocado and then mix it with one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Massage this mixture into your scalp and hair. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse well and use your shampoo as usual. Your hair will become smoother, more manageable and will look beautiful.

Moisturizing shaving foam

Avocado not only moisturizes, but also helps prevent razor bumps.

To make shaving foam, you will need 1/4 cup avocado oil, 1/3 cup coconut oil, and 1/3 cup unrefined shea butter.

Start by melting the coconut oil and shea butter over low heat. Once both ingredients are liquid, add the avocado oil and stir. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to harden.

Allow the mixture to soften slightly at room temperature, then whisk for a few minutes to create a light, creamy consistency. You can then use the avocado mousse as you would a regular shaving gel.

Healthier and stronger nails

With all its beneficial components, avocado will also help your nails! Eating avocado will make your nails stronger and healthier. It is even one of the best foods for improving the appearance of nails.

You can also apply avocado oil directly to your nails to make them healthier and shinier. Apply this oil to your nails and cuticles around your nails every night before going to bed, and you will see a more significant difference in a few days.

Fighting acne

Avocado is great for fighting acne because it reduces inflammation and does not dry out the skin. Many people do not realize that even dry skin is the cause of annoying, unsightly pimples.

When skin is dry, excess sebum is produced to solve the problem, but this only makes the situation worse.

Avocado contains vitamins C and K, which strengthen the immune system and fight acne-causing bacteria. Omega-6 fatty acids act as an anti-inflammatory agent that reduces irritation while keeping the skin moisturized.

If you suffer from acne, this is another reason to eat avocado because its rich ingredients will work both internally and externally.

Use this avocado face mask three to four times a week for best acne results.

Mash the avocado in a bowl and add the juice of one lemon (lemon contains acids that reduce both bacteria and inflammation) along with a tablespoon of oatmeal (oatmeal soaks up bacteria and also reduces inflammation).

Apply to affected areas of the face and leave for thirty minutes, then rinse off the mask with warm water.

Avocado is a very popular food these days that is good for you. So next time you see an avocado in the store, don't hesitate and buy one! Your body will thank you for it.
