In the Moscow region, about 110 thousand people used a Telegram chatbot to receive medical assistance. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Moscow region Ministry of Health and First Deputy Prime Minister Svetlana Strigunkova.
It is noted that new services, including telemedicine, are currently being introduced in the Moscow Region. Work is also underway to develop chatbots.
According to Strigunkova, before making an appointment with a doctor, the chatbot now surveys patients to identify complaints related to deteriorating health.
She noted that thanks to the innovation, the specialist sees symptoms in advance. This allows saving time on filling out documents.
It is added that most often users resort to the chatbot to call a doctor at home or make an appointment with a specialist.
