Dr. Zukhra Pavlova warned Russians about the negative impact of vapes on the human brain.

According to the doctor, electronic cigarettes are one of the reasons why people are becoming stupid.

The expert shared this information with her subscribers on the Telegram channel.

As an example, she cited data published by scientists from the American Neurological Association (ANA).

Experts conducted a study among students, examining data from smoking and non-smoking students.

It turned out that those who were into vaping had cognitive abilities that were an order of magnitude worse than those of non-smoking students.

Pavlova warned that 10-20 puffs daily reduce brain capacity by approximately 9%, while more than 20 puffs reduce it by 14%.

She also cited other frightening consequences. For example, vapes are also dangerous because they significantly reduce the physical endurance of those who abuse them, and also increase the risk of lung cancer several times if they also smoke cigarettes.
