A smoking woman with a stroke was rescued in the Moscow Region. The details are provided by the Moscow Agency with reference to the press service of the Moscow Region Ministry of Health.
It is noted that the patient was taken to the Stupino hospital. There, specialists noticed that she had a speech disorder and a crooked smile.
It is also known that after examination, the woman was found to have a blood clot that blocked one of the arteries.
According to the press service, the lack of treatment could have led to the woman’s death, but doctors provided assistance in time.
They also noted that surgeons performed an operation to remove the blood clot. Thanks to this, the woman began to recover.
It is added that some time after the operation, the woman began to talk and perform her usual actions.
