According to the press service, the patient with the rare syndrome was taken to another institution – to the Pirogov City Clinical Hospital No. 1. At this place, the man surprised experienced specialists.
They also noted that, despite the rare case, the man was helped. This was done by Natalia Aleksandrovna Bakunina, a doctor in the department. She diagnosed the patient with Pourfur du Petit syndrome, determined the cause of the protrusion, and then performed a novocaine blockade of the cervical node.
