In hot weather, you should not cover strollers with special covers, otherwise the baby may overheat. The Moscow Agency reports details with reference to pediatrician Ksenia Gusarova.
It is noted that parents use covers to darken the light, but they make the stroller stuffy. This can cause problems with blood circulation and overheating in the baby.
According to Gusarova, instead of using a cover, you just need to lift the hood of the stroller.
She noted that it is better to take children for a walk before 11:00 and after 17:00. It is important to look for shaded places outside.
It is added that if vomiting, fever and other unpleasant symptoms occur, it is important to immediately consult a doctor.
