Highlighting the dangers of being overweight, Dr Hilary warned: "Don't overtax your heart with too much weight and train it with exercise."
The doctor also pointed out the risks associated with high cholesterol. He said that cholesterol can clog the heart.
Hilary also reminded about the most common habit that can seriously affect health.
The doctor said that the heart hates smoking. He urged to think about ways to maintain heart health.
Jones noted that smokers are almost twice as likely as non-smokers to have a heart attack.
