The first such product on the specialist's list is beetroot. Moreover, the endocrinologist emphasized that it is better to give preference to those vegetables that were grown in your own garden.
Beetroot has properties that make the walls of blood vessels more elastic and also helps improve blood flow.
The second product is pomegranates. These fruits contain an antioxidant called ellagic acid, which is what promotes the rejuvenation of the entire body.
The endocrinologist also advised eating mushrooms. They contain substances called beta-glucans, which protect the body from the oxidative process.
