The expert also advises limiting the amount of water before bed.

According to him, if you drink a lot of water before going to bed, it can suppress the production of one special hormone.

As a result, you will have to get up more often at night to go to the toilet, which will also ruin your sleep.

In addition, the quality of sleep is also affected by the temperature in the room. If it is high enough, it will be more difficult to fall asleep.

The expert stressed that a cool and dark bedroom is synonymous with good sleep.

The specialist also advises to avoid consuming caffeine in the second half of the day.

He explained that caffeine can take several hours to leave the body.
