Why does the problem occur?
Sap pressure affects the growth and fruiting of the tree.

Therefore, branches that are located vertically can grow faster.
In addition, the pressure may be lower near branches extending from the trunk.
It happens that fruiting can occur on branches from the third order.
As pressure decreases, growth activity may decrease. However, reproduction activity increases.
How to improve crop yields
To do this, you need to influence the outflow and inflow of nutrients to the crown and branches. And it is very easy to do.
To solve the problem, tightly wrap the tree trunk or the base of the branch with wire.
It is only advisable to place a piece of cloth under it so as not to damage the bark. After the fall, this wire must be removed.
