This fungal disease manifests itself gradually. First, brown spots about 1 millimeter in diameter appear on the leaves of the plant.
A characteristic feature of anthracnose is the fact that these spots have a convex shape.
If no action is taken, the affected leaves will dry out and fall off, and the disease will spread to the trunk and fruits.
Since the main way of infection of bushes is failure to remove the pathogen's mycelium in time, it is important to get rid of fallen leaves and dig up the soil in time.
When a plant is already affected by a disease, it is eliminated using contact fungicides, such as Bordeaux mixture.
