Proper processing of planting material is the key to a delicious harvest.
Many gardeners know that without manipulating seeds you can get a "pig in a poke". Will it sprout or not, will it get sick or not, will it give a good harvest or not.
There are many doubts and questions, but the answer is one. Processing winter garlic before planting.
The most reliable and effective method is the one that consists of 3 stages.
Garlic is soaked in three liquids. The first is prepared as follows: 1 tbsp. nitroammophoska per 10 liters of water. The planting material is sent for a day.
The second liquid is prepared from salt - 1 tbsp. per liter of water. Garlic is immersed in this solution for only twenty minutes.
And the fastest step is copper sulfate. A tablespoon of the product per bucket of water. Soak the garlic for exactly 1 minute. Then dry it and you can start planting.
