In terms of taste and beneficial properties, this microgreen is not inferior to its larger “brothers”.

However, it grows faster. And in some taste qualities it even surpasses classic plants.

After planting the seeds, they germinate in 3-4 days, and it takes about 12 days until they are fully ripe.

Beet

Beet seeds require preliminary soaking in water for 8 hours. They will germinate and ripen much longer than radishes.

But the harvest can also be collected in about 12 days.

Green buckwheat is slightly bitter, but the nutrients it contains completely compensate for the unusual taste.
