Ticks are truly dangerous to humans because of the diseases they transmit.
This is why you want to protect your garden plot from danger.
Together with the expert of the online publication TUT NOVOSTI, agronomist, landscape designer Anastasia Kovrizhnykh , we figure out which folk remedies can once and for all drive away pests from your home.
Folk remedies for ticks
Every home has tools that are ready to help in the fight against pests.
However, keep in mind that, unlike chemicals, folk methods have only a temporary effect and repel ticks from the area without killing them.
But after using them, you can be absolutely sure that the harvest will not be contaminated with chemicals that are dangerous to life and health.
The first remedy that will help get rid of ticks is water with garlic. Grind 150 grams of the vegetable and pour it with one liter of warm water. Add 3 tablespoons of fir, pine or eucalyptus oil, let it brew for a day.
The resulting mixture should be diluted with 10 liters of water and mixed with two spoons of liquid soap.
Essential oils of coniferous trees also help when mixed with acetic acid. Mix 150 milliliters of vinegar with 3 milliliters of oil and dilute with water in a 1:1 ratio.
Another remedy is 6 grams of boric acid combined with the same amount of soda. Sprinkle the resulting powder over the area. And if you want to get both fertilizer and a remedy against ticks, then add 6 grams of the remedy to water and spray the plant.
