In the fight against them, beneficial insects and birds help the summer resident, but often their efforts are not enough.
In the spring, those pests that damage delicate buds are especially dangerous.
Expert of the online publication TUT NOVOSTI, agronomist Anastasia Kovrizhnykh told about four of them and suggested effective means.
The most dangerous garden pests
Almost all summer residents are familiar with aphids. This pest is omnivorous, but especially loves cherries, pears, and currants. Fufanon Expert, Kinmiks, and Antitlin are used against aphids.
Another enemy of the summer resident is the weevil. The pest lives on almost all garden crops. It is eradicated from the site using such preparations as "Inta-Vir", "Tanrek", "Fufanon Expert".
The geometer moth attacks all fruit trees. In addition, it can be seen on rose hips, hawthorn, strawberries, gooseberries, currants and other berry plants. Fufanon Expert or Accord can be used against it.
The tube-roller beetles seek out swollen buds and flowers. They actively eat them to restore their strength after wintering.
The larvae of the tube-roller prefer foliage. Against beetles, you can use "Kinmiks", "Tanrek", "Fitoverm Forte".
