Why an employee deliberately provokes conflict with management: the main reasons

Workplace conflicts are in most cases associated with the bad character of the boss.

It is he who is accused of creating a psychologically unbearable situation, deliberately creating terrible conditions, pitting subordinates against each other, and other sins.

But in reality, there are no fewer situations when an ordinary employee begins to provoke his boss, and in a rather crude and primitive manner.

Naturally, the question arises: why does he do this? What goals does he pursue? Can this really be liked and acceptable to everyone? After all, often because of one person's scandalous behavior, others suffer.

The main reasons for employee conflict:

1. He is an abuser by nature. Unfortunately, there are many of them, and it is not at all necessary that the abuser be exclusively the boss.

Competent leaders are able to achieve what they want without psychological pressure: they are excellent psychologists, professional negotiators, and excellent diplomats.

But the average worker often demonstrates his "fi" to those around him: he swears, asserts his rights, insults his interlocutor. He is simply unable to live a day without conflict and quarrel.

People who think that for the sake of work and salary all employees restrain themselves and keep quiet are deeply mistaken. Not all of them. And if such a toxic person is in the team, then you can't expect any friendship or peace.

Yes, formally he is the only one causing a scandal, but what is happening inevitably affects other employees: honest, conscientious and balanced.

2. He has personal reasons for hating his superiors. The personal factor is, unfortunately, a phenomenon that no one can avoid.

Of course, it is assumed that everyone here is already an adult and is able to separate official from non-official. But this is only on paper.

In reality, it is completely different: if an employee does not agree with the director on something, then conflicts are guaranteed for many years to come. If you point out a mistake in his work, he will immediately start being rude and resort to personal attacks.

3. The management's behavior is to blame. In such a situation, the troublemaker is even respected: he is not afraid to express his opinion, he goes ahead, complains to all authorities.

But for this you need to have a truly iron character, which, alas, is not given to everyone. But if the issue is fundamental, then the war will be long and intense.

It happens that a subordinate deliberately refuses additional payments and benefits in order to do less and not communicate with a hated boss.

But only young singles are capable of rebelling like that: they have no responsibility to their families, they work exclusively for themselves. In other cases, the ardor quickly dries up.

From the above it is clear that if the initiator of a conflict at work is an ordinary employee, then there are serious problems in this institution.

Firstly, discipline is clearly lacking there, and many are unfamiliar with the concept of subordination.

Secondly, the management has definitely done everything possible for this: various fines, sanctions, deprivation of bonuses, demotion, as well as moral humiliation. Therefore, a normal and self-respecting specialist will definitely not stay in such an office.
