Pensioners who receive payments through post offices can expect to receive their January pension in December, taking into account the post office's work schedule.
Working pensioners will also receive an indexed pension if payments are made at the beginning of January.
Pensioners over 80 years of age and disabled persons of group I will be assigned an additional fixed payment in December 2024. For them, the pension will increase by 8,134 rubles 88 kopecks.
Unemployed citizens caring for pensioners over 80 years of age or disabled persons of group I will receive compensation in the amount of 1,200 rubles per month.
From 2025, allowances for pensioners over 80 years of age and disabled persons of group I will be assigned automatically.
Thus, in December, some pensioners will receive both the December and January payments with additional payments.
