According to the agency, officials exceeded their official powers, acting for selfish reasons.
They provided the above-mentioned company with preferential rights to conclude 22 government contracts for capital repairs.
At the same time, a significant portion of the budget money received by the commercial organization was cashed out.
The cash was distributed among the participants in the criminal scheme.
