The story of the popular singer's fee has become the reason for the development of a new federal bill.
Vice Speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov outlined his position.
The parliamentarian proposed spending no more than 1 million rubles on organizing concerts for stars in cities, RIA Novosti reports.
We are talking about performances that are held at the expense of the regional budget. Davankov sent a deputy's inquiry on this issue to the government.
The reason was the story of the performance of the singer SHAMAN in Orenburg. The artist sang at a concert on the occasion of the City Day. The performance cost the local budget 16 million rubles.
Davankov named another example of Oleg Gazmanov’s concert in the Novgorod region for 8.25 million rubles.
The deputy believes that during a special operation, such budget expenditures raise questions among citizens who had to evacuate from the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
The parliamentarian proposed setting the upper limit at 1 million rubles. The deputy's initiative is currently under consideration by the government.
