Experts have revealed how much the price of a grocery set for a popular New Year's salad has increased.
The study was conducted by the Association of Retail Companies (AKORT).
Over the course of twelve months, the price of Olivier salad has increased by 2.35%, writes Argumenty i Fakty .
To prepare this dish for four people you will have to spend about 356 rubles.
Analysts noted that the calculation took into account a recipe that includes the main ingredients of the popular dish:
- potato;
- pickles;
- eggs;
- boiled sausage;
- canned peas;
- onion;
- carrot;
- mayonnaise.
The price of salad has increased mainly due to potatoes, onions and peas.
These products have increased in price the most this year, in 2024 in the context of the Olivier salad set.
It is also noted that prices for eggs and cooked sausage have become lower.
