Summer residents were advised on how to reduce their tax burden and not pay taxes on a bathhouse.
Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Property, Land and Property Relations Sergei Gavrilov shared valuable recommendations.
He told RIA Novosti that installing a mobile barrel sauna on the site would solve the problem.
Gavrilov explained that this structure does not have a foundation and therefore does not have any signs of a capital structure.
According to him, installing a mobile barrel sauna instead of a permanent sauna will help reduce the tax burden.
This structure has no foundation and is easy to move.
The parliamentarian also explained that a similar approach could be taken with a shed or outbuilding – made collapsible and installed on a temporary foundation.
According to Gavrilov, this approach will allow the necessary buildings to be built on the site without increasing the tax burden.
