Anton Siluanov believes that the choice of which currency to keep savings in is a personal matter for each person.

The Minister noted that situations vary. In some cases, one cannot do without currency.

There are still those who wish to invest in foreign currencies.

Siluanov emphasized that the state gives Russians the right to choose in which currency to keep their savings.

On November 19, the Central Bank set the US dollar exchange rate above 100 rubles.

Before this, analysts said that the American currency at "100" was the "new normal."

Some experts do not rule out that the dollar will return to 90–95 rubles.
