Petro Poroshenko's confectionery factory in Lipetsk has become the property of Russia.
As part of a court decision, bailiffs transferred shares of the Roshen enterprise in Lipetsk to the Russian Federation.
“The shares of the confectionery factory owned by former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko have been transferred to the Russian Federation,” Dmitry Aristov, director of the Federal Bailiff Service , told RIA Novosti .
The corresponding decision was made by the Oktyabrsky Court of Lipetsk in February 2024.
The decision to convert the shares and stake of the confectionery factory into the property of Russia was made by the Oktyabrsky Court of Lipetsk in February 2024.
Since April 2017, the corporation has decided to stop production for political and economic reasons.
The remaining assets in Lipetsk are valued at $200 million.
