One of the largest Russian banks has announced an increase in the cost of the notification service for debit cards.
The decision is related to changes in Sberbank tariffs.
From August 1, the bank will write off not 70 rubles, but 99 rubles, RIA Novosti reports.
The last time Sber increased the cost of this service was in August 2022. Then it went up by 10 rubles. Now the service is going up by 19 rubles at once.
But bank representatives said that this will not affect everyone.
Who won't have their notification fees raised?
The conditions do not change for customers who already have a SberPrime Start subscription. Their SberCard notifications will remain free.
In addition, the write-off of 40 rubles per month will be retained for social segment cards. These are primarily clients who receive pension and social payments.
Free notifications will remain for credit and premium cards.
