German Gref spoke about Sber's plans to build another hotel on the Crimean peninsula.
The head of the bank shared the details during an event dedicated to the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Mriya resort.
Gref reported that the project for another premium hotel is at the development stage, TASS reports.
It will become part of the Mriya tourist cluster. The hotel will have 420 rooms of increased comfort level.
Gref emphasized that the class of this hotel will be higher than the hotel that is already in this complex.
In addition, the beach strip is being completely reconstructed. According to the authors of the project, the beach area will be moved 25 m into the sea.
According to the head of Sber, it will be ready by the spring of 2025. Gref claims that this will be a completely unique beach area, which has no analogues in the world.
At the same time, the head of Sber did not specify how much money is planned to be invested in the implementation of the project.
