The SuperJob service informed Russians about how employers treat candidates over 50 years old.
According to relevant studies, employers have become more favorable towards such workers.
SuperJob reports: “About 40 percent of employers in Moscow are ready to hire pensioners,” as reported by RBC .
At the same time, hiring will be carried out on general terms, 27 percent of candidates, in turn, will be hired for individual positions.
The situation on the labor market
It is emphasized that in regions where there is a labor shortage, approximately 44 percent of employers may consider the candidacy of citizens of retirement age.
On average, 30 percent of employers are able to hire older Russians for certain positions.
According to SuperJob analytics, today the Russian labor market is being influenced by changes in the demographic situation.
In addition, it is indicated that in some regions and in some specialties there is a so-called personnel shortage.
