According to a study, in 2024, 65% of Russians will spend part of their salary on clothing and footwear.

However, for many citizens these expenses have become some of the largest in the budget.
If there is a shortage of money, 75% of respondents said that the first thing they will do is give up clothes and accessories.
The highest expenditure on clothing was recorded in Altai Krai, Tyumen Oblast and Kemerovo Oblast.
Russians spend the least on clothing in Omsk Oblast, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, and Voronezh Oblast.
Experts note that Russians are becoming more cautious and are ready to forego non-essential purchases if they lack money.
