The economist clarified that overpayment refers only to the amount that “accumulates” in interest.
We also need to take into account the “body” of the loan itself, which is 5 million rubles, which will also have to be paid to the bank.
The expert believes that now is not the time to rush into buying a home on credit.
It is more profitable to put savings on deposit. The rate of 21% will allow you to significantly increase your savings. This amount can then be used as a down payment.
