In a conversation with Izvestia , representatives of Vinzer noted: “Most often, Russians prefer to build houses with an area of 100 to 150 square meters.”

Vinzer Director Denis Zhalnin added: "Plots of land near the city are very expensive. For this reason, Russians sacrifice its size."
