Analysts have recorded a significant increase in the average salary offered to migrants by Russian enterprises.
Since the beginning of 2024, it has grown from 105 thousand rubles to almost 150 thousand rubles by summer.
The data is provided by Rossiyskaya Gazeta with reference to Migrant Service.
The salary of migrants who hold the position of “production worker” has increased by 40%.
Independent migration expert Vadim Kozhenov noted that Russian enterprises are in dire need of a number of specialists.
We are talking primarily about welders, concrete workers, monolithic workers, and reinforcement workers.
If a migrant worker has a lot of experience, he is immediately sent to demonstrate his skills.
If a foreign applicant does not have any special skills, he is trained for jobs that do not require high qualifications.
Kozhenov added that this is about legal employment. More and more "white" schemes are appearing on this market, the expert emphasized.
He stressed that Russian enterprises would be more than happy to hire Russians.
This is at least simpler in terms of paperwork, but in this situation “there is no choice,” the analyst concluded.
