Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a bill on the implementation of a one-time payment to military personnel who have signed a contract to participate in the Special Military Operations.
This refers to fighters who signed a contract for service in the SVO zone from August 1 to December 31.
From the text of the above-mentioned regulatory legal act it follows: “To approve a one-time payment in the amount of 400 thousand Russian rubles,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
The document provides a list of categories of citizens who may qualify for this benefit.
New order
In particular, the payment will be made to Russians called up for military service upon mobilization into the Russian Armed Forces.
In addition, soldiers who have served in the Russian Armed Forces in accordance with military conscription will be eligible for the benefit.
This category of persons does not include military personnel holding positions as cadets in military organizations of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The specified payments will be made from the budgets of the subjects.
