The children of the detained senator Dmitry Savelyev turned out to be the owners of the main part of his real estate.
Journalists learned what properties the family of the Federation Council member from the Tula region owns.
RIA Novosti reported on the Savelyevs’ real estate on Friday, August 2, citing documents.
The senator's children own a residential house (area 1321 sq. m) with a guest house (258 sq. m), a bathhouse, a garage, and a guardhouse. The area of the plot is 130 acres.
Savelyev’s children also share ownership of an apartment (247 sq. m).
The agency notes that these objects are “in use” by the senator and his wife.
In addition, the couple found a number of land plots for construction. The area of the largest is almost 121 thousand square meters.
RIA points out that in 2020, Savelyev only had premises and buildings in shared ownership that were not intended for living. For example, at that time he owned 11/200 of a boiler house.
