It has become known how trends in the changing interests of real estate buyers in the Moscow region have changed.
More and more villages that do not have a contract have begun to offer to build houses.
This was reported by RBC with reference to a message from the real estate company Inkom-Real Estate, which the agency has at its disposal.
As analysts have clarified, usually villages offer only plots of land, while the construction of housing becomes exclusively the interest of the buyer.
However, in the period from September 2023 to September 2024, the number of villages offering, among other things, the construction of a house on the owner’s land tripled.
Moreover, such proposals are typical not for large companies, but for small offices that do not have their own contracts.
In Inkom-Real Estate suggested that such an offer could be advantageous for buyers of land plots. Due to the optimization of expenses and experience, such housing would cost less than buying a ready-made one.
