Advisor to the General Director of VTsIOM Elena Mikhailova reported that 60 percent of Russians would like to receive assistance from their employer.
According to Mikhailova, in most cases, employers provide financial support to their employees.
The expert explained: “Material assistance is provided upon the birth of children,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
As part of this discussion, a corresponding survey was conducted.
Waiting for support
As a quarter of respondents (24 percent) explained, they are married and raising minor children.
About 28 percent of the citizens surveyed said that they have a spouse and an adult child.
Russians who have a spouse but no children accounted for 22 percent.
Approximately 23 percent of Russian citizens admitted that they do not have their own family.
According to a VTsIOM poll, 25 percent of Russian “family” citizens considered it necessary for employers to provide financial assistance to their employees.
