The leader of the party "A Just Russia - For Truth" commented on the involvement of foreign workers in the Russian economy.
According to Sergei Mironov, the share should be limited to 5%.
The parliamentarian sent a corresponding proposal to the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin, RIA Novosti reports. The agency has the document at its disposal.
According to media reports, Mironov made a number of proposals to tighten migration policy.
In particular, the head of the party considers one of the key issues to be limiting the share of foreign workers in the Russian economy. The politician believes that migrants should account for no more than 5%.
In addition, Mironov proposed a number of other restrictions. Thus, according to the parliamentarian, it is worth prohibiting migrants from working in the healthcare sector, including pharmacies, driving taxis and getting jobs in schools and kindergartens.
It is also proposed to expel from the country not only the migrant who committed the crime, but also all of his relatives living in Russia.
