The Deputy Prime Minister commented on changes in family mortgages.
Marat Khusnullin did not rule out that the program, which was restarted on July 1, will be revised in the fall.
The Deputy Prime Minister made this statement during a visit to Bashkiria, TASS reports.
He recalled that the mortgage program was restarted on July 1, and the dynamics of the changes will be observed over the next three months.
According to the new conditions, families with children under 6 years old, as well as those families raising children with disabilities, can take housing at 6%. At the same time, the limit is limited to 12 million rubles for Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, and 6 million for other cities in Russia.
The Vice President emphasized that 1.1 million Russian families have already taken advantage of the program.
Khusnullin noted that the rate is high, and the state has to pay large sums annually from the budget.
Therefore, based on the dynamics, additional measures may be taken in the fall, which will be brought to the state level.
