Senior researcher at the IPEI of the Presidential Academy Elena Tsatsura said that Russian families are entitled to receive the payment by September 1.
It is emphasized that this refers, in particular, to a certain category of such families.
Tsatsura noted: “The benefit will be available to low-income citizens, large families, as well as families of SVO participants,” as reported by RIA Novosti .
In addition, parents with documented disabilities will be eligible for the corresponding payment.
Preferential measures
As Tsatsura pointed out, the Unified Federal Payment was paid only once by September 1, namely, in 2021.
As the expert explained, during the specified period, a coronavirus pandemic was observed.
Nevertheless, according to the analyst, many regions and cities continue to provide appropriate support to citizens on their own.
Tsatsura emphasized that all questions of interest regarding the above-described preferential payment can be found in the regional office of the Social Fund.
